Before you register, be prepared to designate whether you are participating as a member of Team (up to 3 people) or an Individual. (NO changes after the Challenge event begins, please).

Note: If you’re registering as a Team member, be sure all Team members enter the exact same Team Name. Complete and submit the registration form below. You will receive a reminder email each week with a link to log each week’s steps throughout the Challenge.
