Logging Your Steps

Set Up Your Personal Account

step1 Go to www.startwalkingnow.org from your browser.
 
step2 Click on “Tracker” tab,

step3 and then click on the orange link,
Register and start using the Tracker and Walking Plans today”.

step4 Fill out your contact information.

step5 Enter company, team names and password.

step6 Enter health information and preferences.

step7 Click the submitbutton; you will next see a confirmation screen. Your personal account is now set-up, and you’re ready to use the Tracker.

Log Your Steps

step1 Go to www.startwalkingnow.org from your browser. (If you already logged in, skip to Step 4.)
 
step2 Login.

step3 Enter eMail Address and password.

step4 Click on Tracker tab.

step5 Click on "Add an Activity" (or "Activity Diary" tab).

step6 Enter daily activity detail and save.
  step6
 
step7 Click "Log out" to exit.
