A central tenet of the IRE's mission is to "organize and sponsor scholarly conferences, symposia,
and other opportunities to exchange information and perspectives on pertinent racial/ethnic
topics." We invite you to scan these links to learn more about what is on the agenda for the
UW System Institute on Race and Ethnicity.
Additionally, we hope to use this link to publicize and highlight other relevant events occurring on campuses throughout the UW System, as well as throughout the state and nation. Some of the UW Campus events have been supported by the IRE's Category "C" (Campus Activities) support grants, but we welcome information on any UW campus, state, and/or national events (conferences, symposis, workshops, guest lectures, etc.) that focus on questions of race, ethnicity, diversity, pluralism, or multiculturalism.
