Mark Rank Discusses Information Technology Infrastructure Library Efforts at WI itSMF LIG

On December 7, 2010, Mark Rank (Cyberinfrastructure Support) presented at the Wisconsin Local Interest Group of itSMF (IT Service Management Forum) USA. The event, titled "Implementation Stories - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly," was focused on hearing both the success and failure stories of local organizations regarding their service management evolution. Mark discussed UWM's ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) efforts at the event and then joined other presenters (including representatives from Manpower and Aurora Healthcare) for a roundtable Q&A.

The itSMF is an international organization with more than 50 chapters worldwide that aims to provide quality professional development in order to expand the capabilities of its membership in IT Service Management.
