UWM To Host A Special itSMF WILIG Event On Jun 28

On Tuesday, June 28 at the UWM Student Union, the Wisconsin Local Interest Group of itSMF (the organization and forum for IT Service Management professionals) will offer a special event focusing on UWM's areas of interest within IT Service Management/ITIL. The planning for this event was a cooperative effort between the itSMF WILIG and UWM's ITSM Program Committee. The WILIG will bring an experienced group of panelists to present their approach and answer questions on some of the areas within IT Service Management/ITIL UWM is currently implementing and/or exploring. The session will cover the areas of Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Request Management, Service Level Management(SLA) and Change Management. 

All members of the UWM community interested in any of those areas or ITSM in general are encouraged to attend and bring their questions. Since other educational institutions might be facing similar IT service management challenges to those encountered by UWM, we are reaching out to peers at other institutions and inviting them to join us for this conversation.
