Access 2016 - Basic: Part 1

Access is Microsoft's database tool. In this 3 part course (see Access 2016 - Basic Part 2 and Part 3 for date, time and cost information for the second and third part), you will learn the basics of using the different sections of Access to create a database. You will learn how to:
  • Plan a database
  • Perform data entry, sorting and filtering on tables
  • Create tables in design view
  • Use queries to answer questions
  • Create user-friendly forms
  • Use the wizard to create grouped reports

Access 2016 - Intermediate: Part 1

This course builds on the information learned in the Access 2016- Basic series and teaches you the skills you need to further develop your database. This course is in two parts (see Access 2016 - Intermediate Part 2 for date, time and cost information) you will learn how to:
  • Create relationships
  • Use different join types
  • Create and modify lookup fields in tables
  • Create complex queries that involve multiple tables and calculations
  • Utilize advanced form design to allow data entry into multiple tables from one form
