The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Administration (BAOA) is a program leading to a B.A. degree in the College of Letters and Science with a Committee Interdisciplinary major in Organizational Administration. Students who major in Organizational Administration develop skills in the research and analysis of problems, creative thinking, and oral and written communication. BAOA is available to students on campus and, through strategic collaborations, to students on-site at participating UW-College campuses. A Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Organizational Administration provides students with the educational background necessary to succeed in a broad spectrum of professions and is an excellent foundation for the pursuit of advanced degree programs. Upon completion of both a major in Organizational Administration and the General Business minor (plus two additional courses), students satisfy application requirements without deficiencies for a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) program at UWM.
