Recommendation:

That the L&S Approval Matrix, adopted by the L&S Faculty on April 10, 2000 and revised on February 8, 2001, be revised as indicated below.

Rationale:

The College has altered its committee structure. The revised approval matrix changes the committee designations to reflect this new structure. Changes involve the following:

• changing the Course & Curriculum Committee (C&CC) and the Graduate Program Committee (GPC) to the Academic Policies & Curriculum Committee (AP&CC)
• changing the Academic Planning Committee(APC) to the Academic Planning & Governance Committee (AP&GC)
• clarifying that "I" means "information only".
