Graduate Focus:

I am a second year Masters student interested in a diverse array of communication study and research including study related to health communication and conflict resolution and analysis. Classes I have completed include Proseminar: Discipline of Communication, Communication & E-Learning, Qualitative Research in Communication, Introduction to Mediation, Economics: Collective Bargaining, Technology for Health Communication, and Seminar in Intercultural Communication. This semester (Fall 2011) I am enrolled in Industrial Relations: Alternative Dispute Resolution and researching the development and current status of online dispute resolution through an independent study under the direction of Dr. Nancy Burrell.

Personal Interests:

Spending time outdoors with family and friends on land or on water. Performing in or attending concerts of all types. I enjoy the rhythm of life, the change of seasons, and genuinely see everyday as “a new adventure waiting to be experienced”.
