Business and Technical Communications
The Business and Technical Communications Certificate provides a curriculum that will enable students to develop exceptionally strong writing and communication skills.
The Certificate Program in Celtic Studies provides for students in any field an integrated course of study across several curricular areas into the historical and contemporary cultures of the Irish, Scots, Welsh, Cornish, Manx, Breton, and Galician peoples.
Cultures and Communities
In the CC Program, students concentrate their GER classes in the areas of U.S. multicultural studies, global and international perspectives, and the community and cultural contexts of art, science, health, and technology.
Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Studies
The LGBT Studies Certificate Program provides a curricular structure for undergraduates interested in the interdisciplinary study of same-sex relations, and human sexuality more generally, in past and present cultures.
In Women's Studies courses, students learn to identify and assess gender-based assumptions and biases and to recognize their consequences on an individual, social, and cultural basis.
