Requesting Windows 7

Due to increased hardware requirements, the earliest Windows 7-capable Dell models are the Optiplex GX620 (desktop) and Latitude D830/630 (laptop).

Your PC's model number is typically found on the front of your tower for desktops, or above the keyboard for laptops. Additionally, the L&S IT Office recommends a minimum of 2GB of RAM for any computers running Windows 7.
