Introduction to Translation, German to English

Learn basic translation skills by translating a variety of texts from German into English. Students also learn précis-writing, sight translation, editing and proofing skills. This is a required course.

Seminar in Advanced Translation, German to English

Translate specialized texts from the fields of finance, law, medicine, science, marketing and technology. Focus on research and referencing in translation and hone editing and proofing skills. This is a required course.
