Henry Maier State of Milwaukee Summit
Henry Maier served as Mayor of Milwaukee from 1960 to 1988. Because of his keen interest in cities, he left a generous gift that continues to support University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Urban Studies Programs. Each year the State of Milwaukee Summit brings together the public, university researchers, and community leaders to report on and discuss important issues facing the city of Milwaukee and southeastern Wisconsin.
