Support the AGS Library
AGS Library Donations The AGS Library relies on a unique financial partnership between the State of Wisconsin and private donors to meet the costs of providing open access to the UWM students, faculty, staff, and community, both present and future. By supporting the UWM Libraries, you can become part of this important mission. There are many ways that you can help.
Gifts in Kind The AGS Library is grateful for the generosity of all donors who contribute books, maps, atlases, globes, photographs and other geographic materials for our collections. The AGS Library adds materials which support UWM’s mission of instruction, research, and community service, and which are in good condition and of continuing academic value. Items not needed by the AGS Library may be disposed of through exchange, donation or other means as provided under applicable State of Wisconsin regulations. For example, such items can often be of great value to UWM students through the UWM Libraries used-book sales. The AGS Library unfortunately does not have the resources to prepare detailed inventories of gifts and, by law, the AGS Library can assume no responsibility for estimating the value of gifts in kind. Donors may make monetary contributions to the AGS Library by sending a check, payable to the UWM Foundation, to: UWM Foundation Please include a note to direct the funds to the AGS Library. Thank you for your contribution!
