B.S., M.S. and Ph.D., as a concentration in the Department of Mathematical Sciences. Until 1999, Atmospheric Sciences were a concentration in the Department of Geosciences. Atmospheric sciences include: meteorology, atmospheric chemistry and thermodynamics; cloud physics; synoptic analysis; remote sensing; hydrology; mesoscale circulations; climate dynamics; radiation; and weather forecasting. There is strong emphasis on mathematical modeling. | |
