Creating Digital Files
Audio
The faculty request will consist mostly of audio files. For our purposes, these will need to be formatted as mp3s. Before you start making mp3s, check the Madison server. The files you need may already have been converted and uploaded during a previous semester.

Scores
Sometimes a faculty member will request a score for students to reference while they're listening. If you can't find it online (check first), you'll need to locate a print copy and digitize it. These will need to be formatted as PDFs.
