Course Reserve Materials Priority Deadlines
for the Summer 2013 Semester
UWM faculty and teaching staff, please mark your calendars:
E-Reserve materials requests are due: 1-2 weeks prior to your Summer session start dates
Traditional Reserve materials requests are due: 5-7 working days prior to your Summer session start dates
IMPORTANT: Contact Reserve Services Staff directly to place any special book orders at least 1-2 weeks prior to your Summer session start dates.
Please submit your Summer 2013 E-Reserve requests 1-2 weeks prior to your Summer session start dates and your Traditional Reserve materials requests 5-7 days prior to your Summer session start dates. Requests received after these deadlines will be placed in a queue and addressed on a first-come, first-served basis and therefore your materials may not be processed prior to your summer session start dates.
- Traditional and E-Reserve requests may be made any time throughout the semester – and lead times are significantly shorter during non-peak processing times. We welcome Fall 2013 requests during the Summer sessions!
- The UWM Libraries will be closed on Saturdays during the Summer sessions.

We are more than willing to consult with faculty in person – contact us to make an appointment and we’ll set up a meeting time. Reminder: Providing Reserve Services staff a course syllabus or reading list with complete citations allows us to process your materials in the order that your students need it.
