Defender. The tax rate is now $19.34 per $1,000. Doyne also talks about how 2
recent United States Supreme Court decisions will affect the budget.

Doyne says it will mean a tax increase from $19.16 to $22.33 on every $1,000
of assessed value. He says health, public welfare, and judiciary service are
responsible for the increase and he does not see where the budget could be
cut.

and related programs. Doyne says he suggests doing this a the county level
instead, with portions going to cities.
