When the PDF version of an article is available, you will be able to view the original pictures or graphs in the article. A PDF article is a scanned image of the original and is equivalent to the print version.
HTML full text articles have been reformatted to download quickly and usually do not contain the original pictures or graphs from the article. Some databases, like ABI Inform, a business database, offer an HTML+ graphics option for many of the articles provided online.
