Publications which are issued at least twice a year, including journals, magazines, and newspapers are called periodicals. "Current periodicals" are those which have recently arrived. In the UWM Libraries, they are in the Current Periodicals Room on the Lower Level. "Bound periodicals" are back issues that are shelved in the Stacks with the general book collection.
