Information Desk/Librarians (west wing, 1st floor)
Professional reference librarians staff the Information Desk along with student employees who are enrolled in UWM’s School of Information Studies master’s degree program. Reference service is also available by phone or via the "Ask-a-Librarian" email or chat reference service. Staff assist patrons with library research questions and provide instruction in the use of electronic and print resources.
