Search our online databases to find articles on your topic from peer-reviewed or scholarly journals, magazines, or newspapers.

Books

Start at Search@UW and limit your results to books at either UWM or in the UW System. For advanced searching, try our old catalog interface (PantherCat) to locate books, videos and DVDs by title, author, keyword, subject, or call number.

Course Reserve

Use Course Reserve to look for books, articles, videos, and other items your instructor has placed on reserve.

From the drop-down menu, choose your instructor, department, OR course number. Follow the links to the PDF files for items on electronic reserve. For items on physical reserve, click on the title to get the call number and check to see if it is checked in.

Video & DVD Collection

Search videotapes, DVDs, audiobooks, and CD-ROMs

Archives

Find historical sources about UWM and metropolitan Milwaukee.

The Archives creates finding aids, or collection guides, that describe its collections and provide details of their contents. View them on the Archives website.

Curriculum Library

Find children's and young adult literature (both fiction and non-fiction), K-12 textbooks, non-book materials and professional reading for K-12 educators.
