Search our online databases to find articles on your topic from peer-reviewed or scholarly journals, magazines, or newspapers.
- Search@UW - Our largest database, use to search for most articles
- Resources A-Z - Use if you know the name of a specific subject database you want to search
- Resources by Subject/Major - Use to find out what databases cover your topic or major
- Citation Linker - Use if you know the title of the journal
Start at Search@UW and limit your results to books at either UWM or in the UW System. For advanced searching, try our old catalog interface (PantherCat) to locate books, videos and DVDs by title, author, keyword, subject, or call number.
Use Course Reserve to look for books, articles, videos, and other items your instructor has placed on reserve.
From the drop-down menu, choose your instructor, department, OR course number. Follow the links to the PDF files for items on electronic reserve. For items on physical reserve, click on the title to get the call number and check to see if it is checked in.
