Cry Mustardville. Reports of the Recent Calamity and Commentary thereupon; also Alleged Atmospheric Events Respectfully Submitted by D. B. Dowd. Saint Louis, Missouri: Charles Bevan Press, 1995.

Limited to an edition of 75 copies and 10 artist's proofs, Cry Mustardville was designed by Don Overmyer, hand set by Dan Carr in Scotch 137, and printed on Mohawk Letterpress. Dan Carr printed the text on a Vandercook Universal I at Golgonooza Letter Foundry in Ashuelot, N.H. The images, by D. B. Dowd, were printed reductively in two runs apiece, each from a single linoleum block, by master printer Betsy Ruppa, Amy Payton, and D. B. Dowd on a Vandercook 4 proof press at Charles Bevan Press in St. Louis. The clamshell boxes were produced at Portfoliobox, Inc., in Providence, R.I.

Charles Bevan Press has placed Cry Mustardville on loan in Special Collection, Golda Meir Library, to provide secure access for teaching and study, and to offer greater exposure for the publication to a wider Wisconsin audience. Charles Bevans' master printer, UWM graduate Betsy Ruppa, was a panelist in the 1996 3 Women Fine-Press Printers. On loan from the Charles Bevan Press
