Limited to an edition of 195 copies signed by the author, this previously unpublished story by Philip Roth was set in 14 pt. English monotype Garamond with Arrighi display, and printed on Arches cream laid text paper with a Vandercook No. 4 press. The book was designed by Bernard Taylor, proprietor of the Press of Appletree Alley, who was assisted in typesetting and printing by Juanita Bishop. Additional type was composed by Dan Carr at Golgonooza Letter Foundry. Handbinding was by Nicolyn Rosen and Don Rash.

Books from the Press of Appletree Alley were featured in the 1995 UWM Library exhibit The Contemporary Fine Press.
