Welcome to the new Life Impact Program website!  We are really excited to provide this tool to you and hope you will think of it as a resource and another way to stay connected to the program and its staff.  This section of the website is specifically catered to current participants and will give you information that will help you complete program requirements, print off necessary forms and check on upcoming events.  As this webpage develops, please feel free to give us your recommendations on ways we can improve or expand this site.
