The Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System owns and supervises use of UWM indicia. Examples of UWM indicia include any graphic representation relating to the following:

• University of Wisconsin Milwaukee®
• Milwaukee Panthers™
• UWMilwaukee™
• UWM®
• The UWM Panther Logo (requires ®)
• The University Seal (requires ®)

The “®” emblem must appear on all products that have UWM registered marks and verbiage, otherwise "TM" must be present on all products pertaining to any UWM marks that are not registered or for which the registration process has not yet been completed. 8/28/2006
