"Practice makes perfect" or so it's said.  At least, it does enhance our skill level and help boost one's confidence.  This training will offer you a chance to do just that with regard to enhancing your engagement skills with clients; including birth parents, children, adolescents and foster parents.  So, whether you're rather new to the job, or have been around for awhile and want to practice those "sticky situations", here's your chance to do just that, with your peers, in a safe environment. 



Participants must have completed Tier 1 Foundation class, "Engaging for Trusting Relationships" prior to enrolling.  



Class size is limited to 10.

Audience: All Staff
