Description:
Participants will learn family-centered case management concepts with particular emphasis on case planning, management of case records, and compliance with documentation requirements. Participants will also learn about case movements from intake to final disposition, and family assessment.



NOTE:  This class is for both Ongoing Case Managers/Supervisors and Safety Service Managers/Supervisors.
