How to Register
Contact the
training liaison at your site for registration information.All registrations should be submitted to UWM Partnership four (4) working days prior to the training date to ensure that UWM staff have adequate time to prepare handouts and sign-in sheets.
No walk-ins are accepted.
Enrollment, Confirmation, and Training Location
Registrations are accepted for enrollment on "a first come, first served" basis. You are encouraged to register
as soon as possible as courses typically fill to capacity.Internet registrations will receive an automated e-mail reply confirming receipt of the registration request. Please check with your Training Liaison if you have a question surrounding your registration status. To find locations of training classes, refer to our website's home page as there is a Training Calendar Overview section where specific locations are listed. Please note: locations are not published more than three months in advance due to unexpected changes.

Preparation for Training
Training is considered to be a part of the work day. All matters involving case or supervisory coverage must be resolved prior to
training.Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made four or more days before training with written supervisory approval. All
cancellations must be processed through your training liaison. Any cancellations made three working days or less
will be listed as a "no show."Continuing Education Hours (CEHs)
A certificate of completion indicating CEHs earned will be distributed to trainees within 30 days after the end of the training session.
Those participants who miss 15 minutes or more during a scheduled training session will not be granted continuing
education hours.Everyone is required to sign their name on the official "Sign In Sheet" at the beginning of training, and at the end of the day. If you fail to sign the "Sign In Sheet," you will not received CEHs for that training.
Attire
Dress in your normal work attire for all trainings. Dressing in layers is recommended due to varying room temperatures.
