The 9-day supervisor curriculum developed by the Butler Institute is competency-based so that training participants attain the level of proficiency designated by the competencies. All modules are highly interactive and accommodate a variety of learning styles to maximize the learning experience.
This curriculum was funded in part by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Children’s Bureau, Washington, D.C., as a product of the Western Regional Recruitment and Retention Project (Grant #90CT0117).
