The UWM Habitat for Humanity chapter works through the Center for Volunteerism & Leadership to build new homes for low-income families.

Center for Student Volunteerism and Leadership
The Center offers students volunteer opportunities that promote personal and professional growth. Faculty, staff and alumni wishing to volunteer can also use the services of the Center.

The Center conducts social and public policy research and helps build partnerships with a wide range of organizations to advance community development in metropolitan Milwaukee. CUIR also offers research, planning and evaluation services.

Compass Guide is a website to help high school students find information on post-secondary educational opportunities. It is designed to increase access to colleges, technical schools trades and apprenticeships for Milwaukee residents, particularly for low income or minority youth.

ENTECH provides technology support services to nonprofit organizations, including assessments, consultation and online resources.

EPIC/Empowering People for Informed Choices
EPIC is an interactive website providing the latest information for parents and students about public and private K-12 schools in Milwaukee.

Nonprofit Portal of Greater Milwaukee - An Online Grapevine for Milwaukee Area Nonprofits
The nonprofit portal works to strengthen the knowledge and skills of nonprofit organizations through the collaborative development and use of on-line technologies.

Partnerships for Healthy Milwaukee
This community-wide collaboration acts as a catalyst for establishing strategic partnerships to advance the health of Milwaukee area residents.

UWM Institute for Service Learning
Service Learning programs bring students out of their classrooms and into the community for experiences which offer them a chance to enrich their academics while making a meaningful contribution to a community organizations.
