Call for Nominations: UWS Board of Regents Diversity Awards
The purpose of the UW System Board of Regents Diversity Awards is to recognize institutional change agents who have established a successful record in fostering greater access and success for students who are members of historically underrepresented populations (including African Americans, American Indians, Latinos/Hispanics, Asian Americans, and Southeast Asians), first-generation and/or economically disadvantaged. Each campus may submit one nomination per category for a maximum of three nominations per institution.
One award will be made in each of the three categories: Individual, Team, and Institution/Unit. Up to $5,000 will be awarded to the winner in each category for professional development or continuing programmatic activities. Winners will be publicly recognized at the UW System Board of Regents meeting on February 6 or 7, 2014 in Madison.

The Nomination Checklist on page 4 of the document must be completed as a Cover Sheet, and submitted along with the nomination materials.
