Name

The name alone appears on two lines, as shown in these examples.

Unit

Three options are available for the Unit name.

1. The name of the primary unit (school, college, division), with or without the words “School of, College of, or Division of” preceding it, on one or both lines. (See Examples A, B, and C.)

2. The name of the secondary unit (department, center, institute, etc.) on the first line, followed by the name of the primary unit (school, college, or division) on the second line. (See Example D.)

3. The name of the secondary unit (department, center, institute, etc.) on one or both lines. (See Example E).

The vendor can close up spacing a bit between letters to accommodate longer names.
