Apply online, specifying your campus of choice UW-Milwaukee. For admission to the university you must meet the following requirements:
Transfer and Second Degree
Please fax in unofficial transcript copies from each school attended, since high school to 414-229-5554. Then call 414-229-5047 and schedule an appointment with the appropriate advisor to create a a plan of study. For admission to the university you must meet the following requirements:
- A grade of 'B' or higher in one of the required sciences
- At least 15 credits successfully completed
- Cumulative GPA of 2.5 of higher

Masters Admissions
MN Direct Entry
- Apply to the UWM Graduate School.
- Completion of the GRE (taken within the last five years) may be required if the Graduate School calculates all undergraduate coursework to be below a 3.20 GPA. This calculation is not made until the Graduate School Application is complete. Students who hold a master's degree are exempt from taking the GRE.
- Complete several pre-requisite courses prior to beginning the program. Courses must be taken within five years of starting the program with a grade of B or higher.
- Upper-level undergraduate course in Statistics
- Anatomy and Physiology (2 semesters)
- Growth and Development
- Microbiology
- Biochemistry (a general chemistry course is required to enroll in Biochemistry)

MN

BS to DNP

DNP/MBA
As a collaborative program, DNP/MBA students are admitted to both UWM graduate programs in nursing and business administration.
- Apply to the UWM Graduate School
- Complete either the GMAT or GRE.
- Have a BS in nursing degree and at least two years practice in a health care setting.
- Submit three letters of reference including one from a former faculty and another from a health care employer.
- Complete foundation business courses either prior to admission to the program or during completion of the degree program (Bus Adm 700 Building Business Interfacing Skills, 2 cr.; Bus Adm 701 Business Mathematics, 2 cr.; and Bus Adm 703 Financial Accounting, 3 cr.)
