Preparing for your doctorate
You can begin your preparation for doctoral studies at the time you decide to return for your degree.

Complete your application
Begin the process of preparing your application to the university and reviewing the Guide to DNP Application. The Guidelines are being revised and will be available here in late May, 2011.  You will apply to the university and prepare a file of materials for faculty review in the College of Nursing.

Take the GRE
Sign up today to take your Graduate Requirement Examination (GRE). Go online to the GRE.org to set a date for your test. 

Complete an Undergraduate Stats course
Students must complete an upper level undergraduate statistics course prior to beginning the DNP program. Your statistics course must be taken within 5 years of starting the program and the grade earned must be a B or better.
