BS in Nursing (traditional program)
This program is for first-year students, transfer, and second-degree* students who want to earn a Bachelor of Science in nursing. The program is offered at two campuses, UW-Milwaukee and UW-Parkside, and pre-nursing courses are offered at UW-Washington County.
The program is comprised of pre-nursing and professional coursework, therefore admission is a two-step process. The first step is to apply to the appropriate campus to complete pre-nursing coursework. The second step is to apply to the professional nursing major after the majority of pre-nursing coursework is successfully completed.
*Second Degree students also have the option to pursue a Master in Nursing (MN) through the Direct-Entry Program.
