Bachelor of Science in Nursing at UWM
The Bachelor of Science Program in Nursing welcomes students with no previous nursing experience. The program is fully accredited by the State of Wisconsin Board of Nursing and the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education and is nationally recognized for its quality.
Students are prepared as generalists in the essence of nursing - the diagnosis and treatment of human responses to actual or potential health problems. Studies center on the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health, to prepare students for a range of positions in the expanding field of nursing.
