  • UWM College of Nursing and UW-Parkside were the first UW schools to establish a collaborative program to offer the satellite Bachelor of Science in nursing.

 

  • The first group of nursing students admitted to the nursing program at UWP was in 1981.

You can take all your pre-nursing and Nursing Major coursework at the UW-Parkside campus as well as complete your clinical experience placements in the surrounding areas.
After you are admitted to the Nursing Major you will follow UWM degree requirements for graduation and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from UWM.
