To begin the admission process at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside/UWP students need to apply directly to UWP.
- All students must follow the admission requirements for the UW-Parkside campus.
After the application for admission is completed, students are sent information about how to sign up for Ranger Day Orientation.
All First year/Freshman students are required to register for Ranger Day Orientation. At orientation, students will learn about campus resources and meet the nursing advisor. The nursing advisor will assist students with their course schedules, registration and program requirements.
Transfer Students
Please make an appointment to meet with the nursing advisor to understand the course and program requirements for the Bachelor of Science in nursing. University and/or college transcripts are needed prior to the advising appointment. Upon request, the nursing advisor welcomes phone appointments.
