Panther Planner Student HandbookThe Student Handbook is published once a year at the beginning of the Fall semester and provided free of charge to all students. The handbook contains a planner and information on:
  • Class schedules
  • Student resources
  • Campus safety
  • Important phone numbers
  • Neighborhood services and restaurants
  • Campus maps

Academic MattersStudents should begin by contacting their assigned advisor regarding academic matters. Each school/college at UWM has their own appeal process and Dean. All academic concerns must be addressed through the respective school or college. Ultimately, all academic matters fall under the auspices of Academic Affairs and the Provosts' office.

Harassment IssuesIf you or someone you know is experiencing harassment issues, there are several options available to deal with this issue, depending upon who is involved.
 
First, if you feel threatened or in danger you should report this to Campus Police at 414-229-4627 located in Sandburg Hall W140.
 
If the harassment is occurring between students, you should contact the Dean of Students office at 414-229-4632 located in Mellencamp Hall 118 and schedule an appointment to discuss the matter with the Dean of Students.
 
If the harassment is occurring between student and faculty/staff/teaching assistant you should contact the office of Equity/Diversity Services at 414-229-5923 located in Mitchell Hall 359.
