UR@UWM Summer Research for Incoming Students

Summer 2015 applications available February 15, 2015

A list of last year's research projects can be found here.

The Office of Undergraduate Research will be inviting a small group of incoming students to campus for four weeks during the summer (July 7th - 31st, 2015) to engage in cutting edge research with leading UWM faculty.

This competitive program will provide room and board in the Sandburg residence halls for this period of time, as well as pair each student with a researcher on campus. Students will spend 25-35 hours a week in their research mentors' lab settings, as well as meet twice weekly with the other summer researchers for a semester course that introduces them to the culture of university research. There will also be social activities with other incoming students to help make valuable connections and become familiar with the UWM environment. There is no cost to participate in this program.
