The Theory of Sectoral Clashes Revisited

The recent volatility in oil prices has brought into the limelight the importance of the mineral sector in shaping global economic welfare.This project examines the interactions between economics and politics by focusing on the roles of mining,finance, agriculture and industry in the 20-21th centuries.It reflects my long term interest in linking political economy with political philosophy.

Tasks and responsibilities:

A student would be exposed to the multiple, challenging aspects of (inter)disciplinary research, always anchored in broadly defined economics.
