Still photography
- Portal-to-portal: $60.00/hour, 1/2 hour minimum; Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; other times or with less than 7 day notice $78.00/hour; includes photographer, standard equipment and material; processing not included
- Portal-to-portal with all images on CD: $85.00/hour, 1/2 hour minimum; Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; other times or with less than 7 day notice $110.50 /hour; includes photographer, standard equipment and material; processing not included
- Mileage off campus: $0.485/mile
- Portrait: digital, color negative or B&W: $60.00/hour
- Digital files: $8/each
- Photo laboratory services: $60.00/hour, 1/4 hour minimum (includes custom photo services: color 35mm film processing, copy work and slide duplicating; B&W film processing, slide duplicating, printing and copy work)
- B&W prints (same negative): $15.00 minimum for 1–3 or $5.00/each for 6 or more
- B&W prints (different negatives): $60.00/hour
- Computer-generated slides (creation, correction and/or modifications):$60.00/hour, 1/4 hour minimum
Digital imaging
- Set-up: $60.00/hour, 1/4 hour minimum
- Scanning to disk or CD: $60.00/hour, plus materials
- Digital photo composition and manipulation: $60.00/hour
- Scanning slides/negatives: $60.00/hour, 1/4 hour minimum
- Scanning flat paper print: $60.00/hour, 1/4 hour minimum
- Digital Prints or Proof Sheets (4x6, 5x7, 8x10 and 8.5x11): Cost plus 20%
