Tips to Enjoy Your Visit

Please bring singles if possible! Shows are cheap and sometimes it's hard for us to break large bills.

Kindly allow time for your class to use the restrooms before the show starts to avoid the awkward situation of interrupting the program.

Our shows sometimes sell out; please arrange to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to ensure seating.

Food and drink are not allowed in the planetarium theater.

Some aspects of the planetarium experience (especially the darkened room) may not be suitable for children under age five.

Please remain seated during the program as the planetarium becomes very dark.

Please turn off your electronic devices during the show.

Let students know in advance to dress in layers for their comfort. The theater is often too cool when it is hot outside and too warm when it is cold outside.

Encourage your class to come with astronomy questions! It helps to have them written down in advance.
