Milwaukee Police Report Indecent Touching Cases
On November 21, 2013, Milwaukee Police reported to UWM Police that they are investigating a pattern of seven fourth degree sexual assault cases on the east side dating back to August of 2013 with the most recent case reported on November 21st.None of the incidents have occurred on the UWM campus.Four of the cases have occurred on the upper east side within several blocks of campus.
Most of the incidents have occurred between 6:00pm and 3:00am and involve the suspect approaching a female walking on the sidewalk and then inappropriately touching or grabbing the female.The suspect usually walks away on foot.None of the victims have been injured.
White Male, early to late 20’s, 5’09”, 160-180, medium build, short brown hair.clothing description varies.
UWM Police encourage everyone to not walk alone, pay attention to their surroundings and report suspicious behavior to UWM or Milwaukee Police.
Armed Robbery- 2928 N. Cramer St.
On Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at about 7:15pm, a student was walking home when two suspects appeared from between the houses of 2928 and 2926 N. Cramer St., displayed a gray or silver handgun, and threatened the victim. The suspects obtained the victim's backpack and cellphone, and fled on foot eastbound between the same two residences.
Suspect #1 is described as a male, black, in his early 20's, 5'5", 120 lbs., with short dark hair, wearing a green and yellow windbreaker, and armed with a gray or silver semi-automatic handgun.
Suspect #2 is described as a male, black, in his early 20's, 5'4".

Armed Robbery- 2863 N. Frederick St.
On Monday, November 4, 2013, at about 11:45 p.m., a student was approached from behind by a suspect who displayed a handgun and demanded the student's purse. The suspect obtained the purse and fled from the scene westbound on foot.
The suspect is described as a male, black, in his early 20's, 6' tall, 160-170 lbs., slim, wearing a dark blue or black hoodie, light blue jeans, white and black athletic shoes, and armed with a dark handgun.

Strong Armed Robbery – 1800 Block of E. Linnwood Ave.
On Saturday, October 19th, 2013, at about 4:30 a.m. a strong armed robbery occurred on the City sidewalk at the corner of Linnwood Ave and Oakland Ave. The victim a UWM student was tripped and tackled to the ground by a suspect and the victim’s wallet was taken. A second possible suspect was seen in the area acting as a look out. The suspects then fled the scene.
Suspect #1 is described as a white male, 25-26 years old, 5’08”, 170lbs, black hair, slender build wearing dark black jeans, black boxer shorts, and a white sweatshirt with a zipper.
Suspect #2 is described as a black male, 25-26 years old, 6’01”to 6’03”, 180lbs, black hair, brown eyes wearing blue jeans, black shoes, white T-shirt and a blue hooded sweatshirt with a zipper.
