General Plan:
To install and implement Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) through an Energy Saving Performance Contract (ESPC) throughout the campus. This project includes lighting, HVAC, and water efficiency measures; building automation improvements; steam trap repairs; retrocommissioning of HVAC; and renewable energy systems.
