Fleet Services
Fleet Services leases vehicles from DOA (The Department of Administration); they are available for official University business only. Departments may request a Fleet vehicle for a long-term lease only; no short-term leases are available.Fleet vehicles are available for a monthly fee plus mileage. This monthly fee includes repairs, scheduled maintenance and fuel for the leased vehicle. Fuel is purchased with the credit card that comes with the vehicle. Lease agreements are signed yearly and are valid July 1 through June 30.
