1910.1001(l)(3)(ii) Periodic Examinations
Periodic medical examinations shall be made available annually.
(I)(3)(ii) The scope of the medical examination shall be in conformance with the protocol established in paragraph (I)(2)(ii) of this section, except that the frequency of chest roentgenogram shall be conducted in accordance with Table 2, and the abbreviated standardized questionnaire contained in Part 2 of Appendix D to this section shall be administered to the employee.
