Stores Home
The Stores Department has responsibility of inventory for the Facility Services Department consisting of 1,900 Stock Keeping Units (SKUs). The Stores Warehouse occupies 26,000 square feet of the University Services and Research Building (USR) and distributes supplies throughout campus on a need basis. Inventoried parts and/or supplies may be ordered from the Stores Warehouse by completing an Internal Requisition – UWM Facility Services form, sent via Campus Mail Service to the attention of the Stores Department. Non-inventory parts may be acquired through the Stores Department by completing an External Requisition-UWM- Facility Services form. These forms should also be sent via Campus Mail Service to the attention of the Stores Department. Stores Inventory Control Coordinators will acquire the item and forward to the requester as soon as the part is available.
The Stores Department also offers a shuttle service to students, faculty and staff. The service is housed at the University Services and Research Building and offers transportation to campus for a meeting, class or appointment.
