The yellow refractory bricks and sand were asbestos-free; however, there was still some presumed asbestos insulation and debris in this remaining demolition material. The furnace floor was unknown (sample #20513K98). Project completion is expected by May 17, 2002, pending other "priority" projects at UWM. |
