Welcome to Facility Services
Facility Services is responsible for building and grounds maintenance, utilities, custodial services, fleet management, and mail services.
In addition, the Building Maintenance and Construction portion of this department plans, schedules, and completes all new construction and renovations on campus, with dedication to creating an atmosphere conducive to learning.
Environmental Sustainability is one of the most recent priorities taken on by Facility Services, with an entire division devoted to creating a cleaner, greener environment for the students and staff at UW-Milwaukee.
We pride ourselves in our ability to support the educational mission of the campus. We also support the mission, vision and core objectives of our division.
